Two Arrested in Snowball Trailer Theft

Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre announced two people have been arrested in connection with the theft of a trailer from a local snowball business. Ronald Perkins, 48, and Quiana Washington, 48, both of New Orleans, were arrested on Wednesday.  Detectives had been investigating the theft of a trailer belonging to “Icy-Licious Snowballs,” a local small business.
