SAND BOTTOM – Two people were flown out after an ATV wreck on Booger Hill on Monday. At 2:23 p.m. emergency crews were called to an ATV wreck in the Sand Bottom Area of KY Rt. 7 on April 13. Magoffin County Rescue Squad Captain Dewey Marshall told the Independent the ATV was coming down the hill when they lost control, overturning into a ditch.
