WAYNE -- From starter to finished loaf, Abbey Salter taught the art of making sourdough bread during a Jan. 31 event that was part of Twelvepole Trading Post's winter workshop series. Salter's Sourdough 101 class -- which was sold out -- taught participants "from start to finish how to start and care for a sourdough starter and how to prepare a sourdough loaf," said Twelvepole Trading Post founder and owner Lacy Davidson Ferguson.
