Twelve Banja Luka Babies Died Due to Lack of Oxygen in 1992

Yesterday, Banja Luka marked 33 years since the deaths of 12 babies who died in May and June 1992 at the Banja Luka Clinical Center due to the inability to deliver oxygen due to the air traffic ban imposed by the UN Security Council.
