TV presenter 'joins Strictly Come Dancing line-up' after son's success on the show
Jeff Brazier is reportedly being considered for the BBC series after his son Bobby reached the 2023 final, though he has not signed a contract.
TV presenter Jeff Brazier is reportedly in talks to join the upcoming Strictly Come Dancing lineup, with insiders saying the 47-year-old This Morning regular has been approached to participate this year.
Previously, Brazier hesitated to join the show to avoid stepping on the toes of his son Bobby, who reached the 2023 final; but three years have passed and he now considers it a "massive opportunity."
Although Brazier has yet to sign a contract, people close to him are urging him "to do it," and Bobby thinks it would be "amazing if his dad was to give it a go."
These rumors emerge following the cancellation of a planned ITV reality show featuring the Brazier family, reportedly dropped earlier this year due to "ongoing stress" within the family as Freddy prepares to become a father.
Brazier, who shares his sons with late reality TV star Jade Goody, was previously seen in the Strictly audience supporting Bobby during his 2023 run, when Bobby lost to actress Ellie Leach and partner Vito Coppola.
