Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum attended the "Resilient Cities Summit" organized by TürkMedya in Kahramanmaraş. The summit addressed the construction of disaster-resilient cities, urban transformation efforts, and the reconstruction and rehabilitation process carried out in Kahramanmaraş following the February 6th earthquakes.
Murat Çiçek, CEO of TürkMedya, delivered the opening speech at the TürkMedya Resilient Cities Summit in Kahramanmaraş. Stating that the February 6th earthquakes left unforgettable pain, Çiçek said that the earthquake-stricken cities were being rebuilt through efforts led by the state, and significant steps were being taken to ensure citizens had access to safe housing and to revitalize social life.
