After a four-year presence on the Romanian market, the Turkish industrial group Akcelik decided to close its local activity and sell its participation at the Tristar Steel factory in Târgovište. The company's shares were purchased by one of the most powerful players in the field of high-quality line systems in Europe: the German group Exxelin.
