Yesterday, the agenda of Turkish financial markets was the June inflation data announced by the Turkish Statistical Institute. Accordingly, annual inflation was 35.05%, below market expectations, while the monthly increase was 1.4%. While core inflation indicators recorded a consecutive increase below 2% for the first time since September 2021, headline inflation also fell to its lowest level in the last 3.5 years.
