A crash just after 9:30 Tuesday morning sent two people to an area hospital. Delaware State Police tell the Talk of Delmarva that a Kia Soul was stopped at the stop sign on Cool Spring Road but failed to remain stopped and began to enter Harbeson Road and collided with the driver's side fuel tank of a dump truck that was southbound on Harbeson Road.
