The High Electoral Court (TSE) may reject the candidacy for the Presidency made by the entrepreneur and influencer Pablo Marçal following a request from the Chief Electoral Prosecutor's Office (PGE).In addition, the PGE requested that, even before the final trial of the case, Marçal be prevented from using public campaign resources, participating in free election hours and performing other propaganda acts, including debates.
