Tryon Palace hosts Glorious Fourth event to celebrate Independence Day

NEW BERN, N.C. (WNCT) -- The Glorious Fourth event was held at Tryon Palace Historic Site earlier today to commemorate Independence Day. The celebration opened to the public at 9:00 a.m., allowing everyone to walk around and enjoy the sights around Tryon Palace, as well as listen to the Fife and Drum Corps.
