From Tribune staff reports TRUSSVILLE, Ala.–Trussville-based Cub Scouts Pack 216, Troop 216, Troop 216G, and the Roebuck Elks Lodge gathered to plant over 2,500 flags on the graves of veterans at Jefferson Memorial Gardens Monday evening.
