Trump Files Trademark for ‘Trump 250’
Trump Organization filed trademark applications for 'Trump 250' to brand merchandise and events for America's 250th anniversary, including apparel and souvenirs, USPTO records show.

- One filing depicts Trump's name alongside a graphic logo featuring five aircrafts and converging contrails, while The Trump Kennedy Center wordmark covers merchandise including earbuds, wallets, and clothing.
- Trademark lawyers called the move unprecedented, noting its legal implications as DTTM Operations LLC would hold registered rights if the marks are used commercially, while Donald J. Trump says his businesses are held in trust by his sons.
- As of March 4, Freedom 250's partner list skewed toward Christian organizations, and the Interfaith Alliance sued in early February alleging an illegal lack of religious diversity on a federal commission.
