Trump hosted 'Great Gatsby' Halloween party hours before SNAP funding lapsed
- On Saturday, President Donald Trump attended a Great Gatsby-themed Halloween party at his Mar-a-Lago resort as 42 million Americans missed their first SNAP payment amid the government shutdown.
