UNITED STATES, JUL 23 – The U.S. Department of Education probes five universities for potentially violating Title VI by restricting scholarships to undocumented and DACA students, amid a 9% rise in related complaints, officials said.

- The complaint highlights University of Louisville’s Sagar Patagundi Scholarship, University of Nebraska Omaha’s Dreamer’s Pathway Scholarship and University of Miami’s U Dreamers Program for DACA and undocumented students.
