BLACKPRESSUSA NEWSWIRE — Congresswoman Maxine Waters labeled Trump “a president out of control,” and warned that bombing Iran without Congressional approval “is tantamount to a declaration of war.” Outside of Congress, civil rights and advocacy organizations also condemned the strikes.
