A trucking terminal in Tennessee has been cited for public nuisance after clearing a swath of trees that used to protect a nearby neighborhood from terminal noise and lighting.  Crown Enterprises owns the trucking terminal in Smyrna, Tennessee near the Lake Farm neighborhood.
