- In Taraba State, troops of the 6 Brigade Nigerian Army foiled a kidnapping, rescuing Nimron Umar, Abafaras Ibrahim, and Habila Yunusa, who are now in military custody receiving care and documentation.
- Brigadier General Kingsley Chidiebere Uwa praised the troops and reaffirmed 6 Brigade's commitment to sustain offensive operations, while urging members of the public to provide timely information and maintain maximum alert.
