Cordele Boy Scout Troop 270 had a first-time two-fer on July 17-19, 2026. For the first time, the Troop camped at Lake Tobesofkee, near Macon. The guys also made their first visit as a Troop to the Ocmulgee Mounds National Historical Park. The Cordele contingent pulled out from the Historic Cordele Boy Scout Hut about 6:15 Friday evening.
