Trial begins for suspects in 2024 Moscow concert hall attack that killed 149 people
MOSCOW, RUSSIA, AUG 4 – Nineteen suspects face terror charges in the trial for the Crocus City Hall attack that killed 149 and injured over 600, with four attackers pleading guilty, lawyers said.

- A faction of the Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack, while President Vladimir Putin alleged without evidence that Ukraine was involved.

The building was set on fire. 149 people died as a result of the attack, and one person was reported missing. More than 600 people were injured and injured according to the investigation.
