Today, Wednesday, February 18, at 9:00 a.m., the trial begins in Concepción del Uruguay in the case of “Ruiz Orrico, Juan Enrique s/Aggravated Manslaughter.” The hearings will be held in the courtroom of the Trial and Appeals Court, beginning today and continuing on February 19, 20, 23, 24, 25, 26, and 27. Ruiz Orrico is accused of aggravated manslaughter, a crime punishable by three to six years in prison.
