The Italian company Grandi Navi Veloci (GNV) inaugurated a passenger ferry service between Algiers and the port of Sète (France) on Wednesday. The Excellent ferry opened the first crossing between the ports of Sète and Algiers – arriving at 3 p.m. – with 949 passengers on board, mainly those who came to celebrate Eid El-Adha, 653 vehicles and six motorcycles.
