Gordiusz Private Equity Fund, managed by Gránit Fund Management, has entered into a purchase agreement to purchase the shares of the Romanian project company that owns the Equilibrium 1 office building in Bucharest, owned by Skanska Commercial Development. The transaction is expected to be completed and the property will be handed over in the second quarter of 2025.
