On the night of September 30th to October 1st, a massive fire broke out in Lipnica Dolna (Lesser Poland Voivodeship). Around 40 cows were inside a farm building. "Some somehow broke free and escaped from the burning barn," reports Captain Hubert Ciepły, spokesman for the Lesser Poland State Fire Service, speaking of the rescue of a few cows. Firefighters are still working at the scene.
