According to an Indiana State Police report, on July 11 just before 12:30 p.m., Trooper Thomen was patrolling the area of US 41 near County Road 300 North in Warren County. Trooper Thomen stopped a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox for speeding. While speaking with the driver, Trooper Thomen smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.
