Traffic stop ends with arrest for two warrants

A traffic stop by Birmingham police on Sunday, July 12, ended a ticket for a suspended license and an arrest on warrants. Police say an officer initiated a traffic stop after a vehicle failed to move when the traffic light turned green at Adams and Maple.
