A traffic stop by Seymour Police led to the arrest of two men on drug charges last Wednesday, April 1. SPD officers made the stop at 6:19 at the corner of 9th & Elm Streets. Jerry Blythe Jr., 59, of Crothersville was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice while Benjamin T.
