Quinte West is preparing to take several measures to calm down traffic on Highway 2. During Wednesday’s council meeting, council discussed a proposal to install solar powered speed signs and declare a community safety zone along the stretch of Old Highway 2 between RCAF Road and Quinte View Drive.
