MONTEVIDEO — The Montevideo track and field team won in both boys and girls’ competitions Thursday in the Section 3A-North championships. The girls scored 173. Benson/Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg was second with 125.5 and MACCRAY/Renville County West placed third with 105. The boys scored 183. Hancock took second at 129 and Morris/Chokio-Alberta placed third with 114. Runners advance to the Section 3A championships at 2 p.m. Thursday at Pipestone. …
