ST. MICHAEL – One of the most accomplished Bagley/Fosston prep track careers has come to a close. Ava Phrakonkham competed in four events at the Class A state meet at St. Michael-Albertville High School on Tuesday and Wednesday, notching three individual second-place finishes.
