- On November 4th, Toyota unveiled the Tacoma H2-Overlander Concept at SEMA 2025 in Las Vegas, showcasing a one-off Tacoma-based hydrogen fuel-cell overlanding vehicle.
 - As part of its multi-pathway approach, Toyota says the concept shows hydrogen fuel cells' potential and promotes innovation across ICE, HEV, PHEV, BEV, and FCEV powertrains while exploring wider use in future passenger models like the next Corolla.
 - Beneath the bodywork, a second-generation Mirai fuel-cell stack powers the Tacoma H2-Overlander Concept using three pressurized hydrogen tanks and a 24.9-kWh lithium-ion battery pack with two NEMA outlets.
 - Acting as a mobile generator, the Tacoma H2-Overlander Concept powers camp accessories and could assist stranded off-road EVs in remote areas, showcasing TRD capabilities.
