SOUTHWICK — With the pickleball courts at Town Hall completed but currently locked from being used, the members of the Parks and Recreation Commission discussed on Wednesday the courts’ use policy while ensuring the folks at the Senior Center can use them during the week.“Open it up,” said Commissioner John Whalley referring to the courts that have been painted and nets installed, but locked to anyone who might want to play.
