- Assessing sales volumes and DOM reveals that there’s little to no correlation between the two in smaller states, while DOM measures the average time from listing to accepted offer.
- Leading the list were Lancaster County, PA with a 10.2-day DOM and 1,953 homes sold, highlighting high market speed.
- Securing a home here, buyers in Monroe County need to outbid others and act quickly, or risk missing out.
- Last month, Realtor.com reported a median DOM of 53 days, five days longer than a year ago.
