DULUTH, Min. – Terese Tomanek cruised to re-election for one of the Duluth City Council At-Large seats up for election. Tomanek got 34% of the vote in the four person race for two open seats. Jordon Johnson and former Duluth City Councilor Derek Medved battled for the second open seat. Johnson won with 27.8% of the vote compared to Medved;s 24.6%.
