Tomah schools are bringing the D.A.R.E. program back

TOMAH, Wis. (WLAX/WEUX) – For years, the D.A.R.E. program gave elementary school children the tools to avoid drug use. However, the program has been discontinued in many school districts across the country. There is one Coulee Region district that is changing that trend.
