SAN ANGELO, TX — The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office is still seeking a man in a 2009 San Angelo homicide that state investigators list as unsolved, along with three other men named on its most-wanted page. Francisco Vazquez Zertuche, now 71, is wanted for murder in the death of Maria Del Carmen Alcantar, 45.
