Minister Dias Toffoli, of the Supreme Federal Court (STF), authorized the government not to account for the value used in the tax case to recover the victims of outstanding discounts in the INSS, even if it is not an extraordinary loan. In the same decision, the Minister approved the agreement presented in this quarter, 2 by the Union Advocate-General (AGU) to make payments to the persons concerned and pensioners from 24 July, in three lots.

Toffoli approved the government's plan to return the money of irregular associations to INSS employees and pensioners.
