The Federal Administrative Court No. 1 did not accept the request for interim measures submitted by deputies Miguel Ángel Pichetto and Nicolás Massot. In addition, it gave the national government five days to give its arguments.
The argument of Pichetto and Massot was presented after the highest court overturned, on September 29, a ruling of the Federal Chamber of La Plata that had declared unconstitutional the repeal of the Land Law.
