VALLEY—Rainbow Elementary School was the recent recipient of a very special gift to mark the graduation of one of its students. Fifth-grader and Wildcat Ash Rose’s five years at the school were recognized by his mother and professional artist Jacqueline Rose with the gift of an acrylic painting on canvas depicting memories at the school.
