Shopping center restricting kids under age of 16

SIOUX CITY — The time-honored tradition of younger teens and pre-teens hanging out at the mall with friends appears to be ending in Sioux City.

More and more Flemish municipalities use the possibility of imposing administrative sanctions on young people from the age of 14 years. The reason? Minors who cause nuisances are increasingly young and this is one of the few means available to them to call them to order.
