Panaji : The Old Goa police have registered an FIR against Clancy D’Silva, a teacher at a school in Tiswadi taluka, for allegedly beating four students with a ‘wooden baton’ on Thursday.  The police said  D’Silva, a resident of Britona in Bardez, was being arrested  late night in connection with the case.
