A passenger is dead after a crash that began with a tire blowout on Interstate 4, according to troopers.Florida Highway Patrol said a 2004 Chevrolet TrailBlazer was traveling westbound on I-4 in the inside lane when its right rear tire blew out early Sunday morning.
