TimeTailor Salon Software Launches In-Store Payments for iOS Devices
The feature lets salons accept cash, cards and gift cards on iPhone while reducing checkout time and manual work, CEO Oliver Auerbach said.
- On Monday, TimeTailor launched Tap to Pay in Bucharest, Romania, allowing beauty professionals to accept in-store payments directly on mobile devices without expensive POS hardware.

- "Running a salon involves maybe hundreds of small interactions every single day," Oliver added. The platform integrates transactions into workflow, eliminating separate systems for appointments and payments.
- TimeTailor also offers Tap to Pay for Android devices and provides 8 real-time financial reports helping owners track sales and team performance across operations.
- Beyond payment processing, TimeTailor includes 4 fixed or percentage-based deposits and 6 late cancellation fees to protect schedules and revenue for beauty professionals managing daily operations.
