Telephone Company Reports Flaws on the Internet; ATT Starts Monitoring (17:00)

Since Monday morning, thousands of users in different regions of the country have reported a massive and persistent drop in mobile and fixed internet services provided by operator Tigo. The interruption of the service has generated a wave of complaints and unrest on social networks, mainly affecting the development of labor, commercial and academic activities that depend on digital connectivity in a day marked by high social conflict.
