Since its first detection in Spain, in 2004, the tiger mosquito (Aedes albopictus) has extended its presence to 1,768 municipalities today. If compared to the total territorial, this insect potentially carrying serious diseases for humans is only present in 22% of the municipalities of the country but the concern can not be minor because, in reality, on the surface already invaded by this insect biter lives 66% of the Spanish population.Continue…
