Ticketless passenger attacks Western Railway TC at Andheri, held

A ticket checker was injured by a ticketless passenger at Andheri station on Tuesday evening. The passenger pushed the staffer after being asked to alight the train for not having a ticket. Despite sustaining an injury, the checker managed to apprehend the fleeing passenger. He was then handed over to the Government Railway Police for further legal action. The injured staffer received medical treatment at a railway dispensary.
