Eastern German states ask for more federal representation

The East German federal states demand more hearing and influence in federal politics.

Once again, there is debate about the representativeship of East German, currently in connection with the occupation of the Federal Ministries. It is doubtful that these and other quotas have a significant influence on living conditions.

The head of government and the heads of government of the East German countries call for sufficient consideration of CDU, CSU and SPD in the next federal government. Their interests should be reflected in terms of both personnel and financial resources.
