Three people tied to two Celina pharmacies pled guilty to roles in distributing controlled substances and committing health care fraud. Thomas Weir served as majority owner of Dale Hollow Pharmacy and Clay County Xpress Pharmacy. William Donaldson and Pamela Spivey were co-owners.
