The Santa Lucia Hospital in Cartagena has discharged one of the three divers who remained in the plant after leaving the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), as a result of the accident in a hyperbaric chamber of the Navy Diving Center on September 16. With this new discharge, three military personnel remain hospitalized, according to Navy sources.
