TUPELO, Miss. (WCBI) – A three-month-long investigation led to two men facing charges in Tupelo. Back in April, Tupelo Police responded to the area of North Park Street in reference to a stolen bicycle. According to the victim, the bike was locked and mounted to their vehicle.
